Team Controls 24 Hour Timer Module with Manual Override – TC-FM27

The Team Controls TC-FM27 Timer Module is a reliable 24-hour synchronous timer designed to provide accurate and convenient control of central heating and hot water systems. Manufactured to replace the Alpha 6.1000201 timer and Baxi 7212341 timer, it is a direct plug-in replacement for compatible Alpha and Baxi combi boilers.

Designed with a left-hand (L.H.) tab terminal connection, the TC-FM27 operates from a 230V AC 50Hz supply to terminals 1 & 2, with volt-free SPDT switching contacts on terminals 3, 4 & 5. Its plug-in design allows for quick and straightforward installation without the need for additional wiring modifications.

Featuring a 24-hour daily programme with 15-minute tappet intervals, the timer provides precise control over heating and hot water schedules, helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce running costs. The integrated manual override function allows the heating to be switched on or off instantly without affecting the programmed schedule.

Supplied as a timer module only (without enclosure), the TC-FM27 is ideal for replacing worn or faulty boiler timers while maintaining reliable heating control.
