Team Controls 24 Hour Timer Module with Manual Override – TC-FM0

The Team Controls TC-FM0 Timer Module is a reliable 24-hour synchronous timer designed to provide simple and accurate time control for central heating and hot water systems. Manufactured to the same specification as the Baxi Clock (Part No. 7658276), it is an ideal direct replacement for compatible Baxi boilers.

Designed to fit Baxi 200 and 400 Combi boilers, the TC-FM0 features a right-hand (R.H.) tab terminal connection, with a 230V AC 50Hz supply to terminals 1 & 2 and volt-free switching contacts on terminals 3, 4 & 5. Its plug-in design makes installation quick and straightforward in compatible heating systems.

Featuring a daily programming schedule with 15-minute tappet intervals, the TC-FM0 allows precise control of heating and hot water operating times, helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce running costs. The integrated manual override function enables the heating to be switched on or off instantly without affecting the programmed schedule.

The timer incorporates volt-free SPDT switching contacts, making it suitable for a wide range of heating control applications. Supplied as a timer module without an enclosure, it is designed to fit directly into compatible boiler control panels.
