The Team Controls TC-FM18 24 Hour Timer Module is a reliable 24-hour synchronous timer designed to provide accurate and convenient control of central heating and hot water systems. It is a direct plug-in replacement for a range of Ideal boiler timer modules, making it the ideal solution for replacing worn or faulty timers.

Designed with a vertical tab terminal connection, the timer operates from a 220–240V AC 50Hz supply to terminals 1 & 2, with volt-free SPDT switching contacts on terminals 3, 4 & 5. Its plug-in design allows for quick and straightforward installation without the need for additional wiring modifications.

Featuring a 24-hour daily programme with 15-minute tappet intervals, the timer provides precise control over heating and hot water schedules, helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce running costs. The integrated manual override function allows the heating to be switched on or off instantly without affecting the programmed schedule.

Supplied as a timer module only (without enclosure), it is designed to fit directly into compatible Ideal boiler control panels.
